You can track your order by using the tracking number that was sent with your order dispatch notification email.

It normally takes up to 48 hours to prepare and dispatch your order, please contact us if you want to adjust your delivery date
Inspect your tiles upon delivery.
Check for correct product, quantity, breakages etc.
Any discrepancies, please report within 2 days.
When your tiles leave the Cerdomus warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please keep an eye on the delivery. As a courtesy the driver will attempt to call approx. 1 hour before the delivery.
We advise to have someone onsite to coordinate delivery & help unload when needed, however it is not compulsory (order dependant)
If you are not home the driver has an ‘Authority to Leave’ and will deliver the goods to a safe location / kerbside.
We offer a 30 days return.
A 30% restocking fee will be charged as well as an additional freight costs will be charged to your balance.
Items have to be current batch. Full Boxes and in sellable condition.
Freight costs will be calculated depending on the product to be returned.
Partial returns, spares and leftover tiles will not be accepted for return or exchange. We suggest putting the tiles on gumtree or facebook market place as someone local will come and purchase them.
